Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor as well as a model. Ariel Khadr started her fitness career when she was just 16 years old, and she quit her gymnastics. Then she received her Pro Card within a year at age 17. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. At 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. At the age of 17, she received her Pro Card within a year. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is the youngest IFBB Pro. After she earned her Pro Card, Ariel took six years off the stage to finish her education at college. Her return to competition in 2015 was an extension of previous performances, in which she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. After her first show for a few years, setting bigger goals each year. She had already been awarded four fitness awards. She also became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel took an extended break after earning her Pro card to get her degree from college. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was in the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. At the show, she placed third. Summer of 2016, she was the winner of at the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow. In the process, she was able to participate in Fitness Olympia. The Olympian took to the stage three months later and returned with a 6th place within the Fitness Division. She had no expectations before the competition. Ariel states that she was more than happy of her placing. Ariel was competing with some of the world's skilled athletes. Ariel has seen her body improve each year. Ariel is a fan of working on her lower back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) or pull-ups as well as seated rowing. First, she warms up before progressing to working out. Additionally, Ariel prefers to utilize her time the best way is possible. The way she achieves this is by supersetting the back exercises she does. A total of three or four supersets of 10-12 reps is done.
